In this three-hour interactive workshop, we come alongside pastors and lay leaders to present the ingredients of a thriving marriage ministry. You’ll come away with your own custom roadmap, with ideas and resources to start a marriage ministry or lead the one you have to greater fruitfulness.
To get the most out of this workshop, we recommend attending with two or three others from your church who also have a heart to strengthen marriages. If a pastor, elder, or ministry leader from your church is among your group, they can provide valuable insight and support.

Matt and Josie’s story began in the unlikely setting of an A&W restaurant, kicking off a journey that led them to marriage on September 2, 2000. Over the years, Matt has served in various pastoral roles, while Josie built a career as a photographer, and a few side jobs in the banking and food industry worlds. In 2019, they joined staff at FamilyLife Canada and call Kelowna BC home. Together, they have three sons and one beautiful daughter-in-law. Matt and Josie are passionate about connecting with couples and cheering them on in their marriage journeys.
